RESOURCE DIRECTORY
Our resource directories are web-based listings of organizations and the services they provide. The information can be accessed by the public and updated by the organizations 24x7. The standard is a public directory but directories can be configured as private or internal. SHARE Network directories facilitate information exchange with other applications which collaboratively engages more organizations and individuals.

ELECTRONIC REFERRALS
The referral system allows for self-referrals directly to service providers or for a more accountable referral process between service providers. Search the resource directory, find a qualified service provider, confirm hours of operation and requirements, print maps, make a referral, receive an acknowledgement, document and report, and more.
As organizations make and receive referrals, more organizations become aware of the benefits and because it improves productivity more register in the directory and keep their information current. This cycle of use and growth creates a sustainable momentum of change. Electronic referrals illustrate how integrating useful applications will empower community and build capacity.
