This tutorial will show you how to update your directory and approve resource organizations

 

 

Search Tab

To make a more specific search, click the Search tab at the far right end of the alphabet tabs. A search form will displayed.

 

Click the dropdown menu on the Display field to select approval status of resources.

 

If you select Approved Requests then click the Search button, the Directory will display only those resources that have been approved.

 

Click the dropdown menu of the Directory field if you wish to view resources according to the Directory they belong to. Not all Directories will display this field.

 

If you select My Resources then click Search button, only resources found in that directory will be displayed.

 

To search for organizations that begin with certain letters, for example FI, click the Begins With field and type in the first two letters of the organization/s you want to search.

Resources that begin with those first two letters will be displayed.

 

To search for organizations that contain certain letters, for example “in”, select Contains then type in the letters.

Names of resources containing the letters you typed in will be displayed.

 

To select a City or County first select a State. Click the dropdown menu for State and scroll up or down to locate the State where your organization is.

Once you select a particular State, the form will display counties or cities in that State.

You may now select the county or counties where the organization is available.

You may also click the dropdown menu of the City field and select a City.

 

Enter all or the first part of a zip code. Click Search. The search results will display all organizations in that zip code.

 

Click the Reset button to bring back the search fields to their original settings.

Click Hide to fold the search form. The window will then again display the list of resources.
