Configuration Options
This tutorial will show you how to customize your organization's resource directory

 

 

New Request Options

Configure directory settings and email notifications for new resources and client referrals by selecting configurations in the New Request Options section.

Determine the user type for resource contact persons who will receive a username and password by clicking the dropdown tab of the User type for resources with a password field and making your selection. The default user type is “General Member.”

Select this option to make resources added from the public web site subject to the approval of users with rights to the Resources application. New resources will receive the status of “Pending” instead of automatically being added to the resource directory.

Select to send an email informing specific users that a new resource is pending and needs to be reviewed. The specific users can be configured in the Build recipient list for email notifications option.

Select to send an email informing specific users that a client has been referred. The specific users can be configured in the Build recipient list for email notifications option.

Select specific users that will receive email notifications when there is a pending resource or when a client has been referred.

The left box contains the list of all users in the user directory. The right box contains list of recipients or the selected users that will receive email notifications.

To add users to the recipient list:

1. In the List of All Users box, select the name to be added

2. Click the yellow + button in the middle of the two boxes.

3. The name of the selected user will now appear in the Recipient List box.


To remove users from the recipient list:

1. In the Recipient List box, select the name to be removed.

2. Click the yellow – button in the middle of the two boxes.

3. The name will be removed in the Recipient List box.
