Customize the email notifications sent to resource contacts. These email notifications include the temporary password sent to contacts in the Manage Resources > Update Resource Contact Profile section.
Click on the number of months tab to select the number of months between emails sent to resource contacts, reminding them to update resource organization information.

Write a personal message to the contact person by typing in the text box under the welcome heading of the email.

A unique user name and password will be system generated and automatically provided to the contact person.
The password can be changed by the contacts once they have logged in. The user names cannot be changed. Passwords can be issued and removed in the Manage Resources section.
Enter a personal message to the contact people who will receive this email. Enter the message in the text box located under the welcome heading of the template.
This email will send a username and password with which they can log in to update information in their organization and contact profiles.
